The machine is used for production line of hi-grade alu-alloy doors and windows. mainly used for extrusion and connection of 90º seam casement window with angle jointing operation, place an angle-alu in cavities of two driven striking blocks punch towards the flute of angle-alu, Extruding the seam of two profiles makes strength, efficiency and precision of the connection higher than using any means for connection.
2).This machine is used for combining the aluminum profile together to be a whole frame after processed.
 

3).We also have double head corner combining machine, and four corner combining machine, if you need, I can also list in the quotation, but generally, from begining production, use the single head type is enough for your Aluminum window door production.
