Introduction:
Equipped with two cutters (upper & bottom sides), is designed to cut thick float glass and laminated glass. It has the advantages of easy operation, stable working, and high precision.
The Upper & bottom cutter can work at the same time, which ensures high conformity and easy breaking after cutting.
Mechanical
1. The material of the tabletop: Metal tabletop(deformation will not happen)(The smoothness≤±0.2mm/m)
2. Rack/Guides: Hiwin, Taiwan.
3. Transmission belt/Transmission belt wheels: Taiwan.
4. The tabletop: Industrial blankets (color in black).
5. Blower Motor: Jingling, Shanghai.
Set cutting size ( move block to the location where needs to be cut, then fix it )----loade glass to block location---operate cutters ( press " start" button on LCD )---move glass to lever location---start cylinder to clamp glass ---start lever ---start lever button which is under cylinder ( both sides of laminated glass has been broken )----heat glass ( select heating temperature according to thickness of PVB film )
The tail is equipped with a tilting table to assist in breaking the pieces
