Working principle:

The glass laminating furnace is an energy-saving glass equipment independently developed by Shandong Eworld Machine for producing high-end laminated glass. The equipment uses a new type of EVA film to stack two or more pieces of glass together, and uses a vacuum bag (silicone tape) to heat and vacuum the glass and EVA film together at high temperature, while producing safe laminated glass. Performance characteristics:

1. Heating adopts constant temperature circulating air heating method, with fast heating speed and balanced temperature inside the furnace chamber, and low heat loss.

2. Unique furnace body design, good insulation effect, energy saving, energy-saving, time-saving and labor-saving.

3. Independently developed temperature control touch screen instrument with intelligent preset temperature control. One click start, automatic alarm completion, high degree of automation.

  Steps for Producing the Laminated Glass

1. Combine the cleaned glass with the cut EVA film and place it in a silicone bag. The laminated glass can be stacked layer by layer. To prevent small glass from moving, fix the edges of the glass with heat-resistant tape. 2. Place a vacuum exhaust mesh around the glass and cool it for 5-15 minutes at room temperature to empty the air inside the silicone bag. 3. Generally, the glass is heated to a surface temperature of 50 -60 and held for 20-30 minutes; Then continue heating until the surface temperature of the glass reaches 130 -135 , and hold for 45-60 minutes. The thickness of the adhesive film or the number of laminated layers increases, and the insulation time can be appropriately extended. During the cooling stage, the vacuum needs to be maintained and a fan can be used for cooling.

The heating method adopts a spiral matrix structure and controls the furnace temperature in different zones; 10. The heating element is finely divided, designed reasonably, structurally unique, and has a long service life, ensuring precise temperature control and balanced temperature in various parts of the furnace, achieving optimal temperature control. 11. The temperature measurement adopts the distributed remote thermocouple temperature measurement module I-7018, which has strong anti-interference ability and high temperature measurement accuracy; The furnace wire is controlled by board I-7045 and solid-state relay for stable and reliable performance, without noise. 12. The heating furnace is designed with an automatic temperature homogenization device, which can be adjusted according to different specifications and varieties, ensuring the uniformity of glass heating. Glass products are smoother, of higher quality, and suitable for tempering more types of glass, such as coated glass and heat reflective glass. 13.
