Working process
Work flow: After starting the inputting machine, arms automatically suck glass from the shelf. Under sensor controlled, glass automatically find glass edge in the X and Y directions. After moving glass sheets to designated location, transport glass to the automatic cutting table.Cutter will move to coordinate origin, and automatically start to cut according to the preinstall graph.
The operator can edit the glass size for cutting with computer. The computer can optimize the cutting size, and give out the data for processing.

The three loading arms can load and unload glass
The bottom base what is used for supporting glass is made of one pcs to ensure loading glass more safely , it is very strong won't deform or broken.
- The loading system is driven by strong motor, compare to pneumatic loading system, electrical power is more helpful for loading heavy glass,and lifting up and down , tilting angle can be controlled, even if power cut suddenly at any time, and the glass can stay on the loading arms stably at any position, won't fall off.
Just need to press one button to start lifting the loading arms, easy to handle.
The loading arms are stretchable, with this function, glass be transferred to the cutting table easily, as long as the glass loaded on the cutting table, the blower will start working at same time to provide air float.
Blower power is 4KW, it is very helpful to move heavy glass.
With Photoelectric location equipment, cutting head can find the glass position automatically, no need to move the glass near to the cutting head by hand.
After backing to origin point, the cutting head will move to the glass, find the correct cutting position to start work.
It has emergency stop and power-off self-locking functions to improve the safety factor and reduce the probability of glass breakage when a fault occurs.
