Input section: First, put the prepared glass on the input section. If the glass is less than 1.8m, the glass is small and can be lifted up manually. If the glass is larger, a glass lifter is required.

 

Drying and washing section: After the glass is placed on the input section, it will be automatically transferred to the second section, which is the drying and washing section, for cleaning and drying.

 

Inspection section: The cleaned glass is transferred to the inspection section, which has a lamp to check whether the glass is clean. If it is not clean, it needs to be reworked.

 

Aluminum frame positioning section: The cleaned glass will then be transferred to the aluminum frame positioning section, where the prepared aluminum frame will be put on the glass, and then the pedal will be stepped on, and the glass will be transferred to the next section.

Outer joint segment: The glass with aluminum frame stops on the outer joint segment, waiting for the second glass to be transferred, and then it is transferred to the same position on the outer joint segment as the first glass with aluminum frame, and the two glasses are pressed together.

 

Pressing segment: The glass pressed in the outer section will enter this pressing segment for pressing

 

Outer section: The pressed glass is transferred to the discharging section for discharging
