The motor is upgraded from a stepless speed regulating motor to a variable frequency speed regulating motor.

 

Stepless speed regulation is from stop to the fastest speed, or from the fastest speed to the stop. There are no gears, and it gradually becomes faster or slower. The speed can be adjusted only when the machine is turned on.
Variable frequency motors can be controlled by dividing the motor speed into many gears through a frequency converter. The speed can be adjusted even when the machine is not running.

Equipped with Hunan Jinlong's high-precision straight edge special motor, the bottom edge uses a 2.2kw grinding head motor, and the chamfering uses a 1.5kw grinding head motor, which is powerful.

Grinding wheel depth control switch: It is located under each grinding wheel motor and is used to control the grinding depth of each grinding wheel.  There is a mark on it indicating advance and retreat.
 

Front and rear plywood: fixed glass.  Ensure that the glass will not fall and damage the grinding wheel and motor, and ensure that the glass is always in an upright position during the processing, so that the grinding effect will be better.  Made of plastic material, durable, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, insulated and easy to shape.  The pressing plate has undergone a special grinding machine process. When grinding long glass, there will be no chamfering, uneven chamfering, or broken glass.
 

High and low speed motor control buttons: The last grinding wheel motor is a high and low speed motor.  Can choose high or low speed operation
 

 

Automatic oil filling pump: The screen displays the automatic oil filling interval, and the button can control the duration of each oil filling. Automatic oil filling can better maintain the machine and reduce labor costs.
