This machine can bend aluminum profile as well as UPVC profile with heating
1.The machine adopts automatic CNC system and special arc bending software, which is easy and convenient to operate. Positional accuracy: +/-0.02mm.
2. The max hydraulic pressure can be reached 20T that brings the easily bending of all kinds of aluminum profile and window sash (rectangular steel tube)
3. All products not only can be formed in once with high efficiency and zero wear rate, but also can be formed in many times.
4. Space of driving wheel is set according to user needs. It can be adjusted in different position, in other words, the position of two wheels can be adjusted to different space.
5. It not only can be bended into one radius arc (ordinary type C arc), but also two radius arcs (type U arc), and three radius arc (bread arc and ellipse).
6. The machine can store a certain amount of procedure (depend on memory space), input information as detail as possible for easy recognition during next use.
7. It can bend all kinds of aluminum profile (ordinary aluminum profile, thermal break aluminum, aluminum-plastic-aluminum, aluminum plastic), rectangular steel tube, etc.
8. Various feeding speed can be adjusted during every procedure, which improves the workpiece quality and meets the requirement of productivity.
9. Mould is simple and useful; it can bend aluminum with radius 200 mm without wrinkles.
