This type of automatic glass cutting production line consists of three parts: an automatic intelligent loading machine, a cutting machine, and an air-floating separation table. The CNC fully automatically controls the operation of the entire glass cutting production line. The loading machine automatically takes the glass down and transfers it to the cutting machine. The cutting machine automatically cuts the input glass size and automatically transfers the cut glass to the breaking air-floating separation table. The glass is broken and sorted manually, and the single-piece glass cutting process is completed. The equipment is reliable, stable in performance, strong in applicability, and high in work efficiency.
 
 
Equipment Performance and Working Principle
 
The fully automatic glass loading machine is mainly used for automatic glass picking. Place the glass at the designated position, give the picking signal, the picking suction cup automatically flips up and places it on the picking table conveyor roller after adsorption, and automatically transports the glass to the main machine of the cutting machine. It is mainly composed of a frame, a suction cup flipping and picking structure, a suction cup picking and moving structure, a conveyor roller and an electric control cabinet. The entire working process can be completed by PLC automatic control or manual control. The manual method is mainly used during equipment adjustment and maintenance. Each action can be completed separately and can also be used for normal work. After giving the picking signal (manual or automatic), the flipping system works, the motor drives the mechanical flipping structure to flip up the suction cup arm, and the flipping stops when it reaches the same inclination angle as the glass. The forward motor moves the suction cup, and the forward motor stops when the detection switch next to the top suction cup touches the glass. At this time, the vacuum system works, and the suction cup starts to absorb the glass. When the vacuum pressure switch reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump stops, and the telescopic connecting rod mechanism of the suction cup lifts the glass through the motor drive. After standing at this position for about a few seconds, ensure that the single piece of glass is sucked up, and the motor drives the mechanical flip structure to reverse the glass to the transmission table. The telescopic connecting rod structure makes the suction cup and the glass fall at the same time, and the suction cup blows compressed air to quickly release the glass. The transmission structure starts to send the glass to the front end of the loading machine and stops at the signal point. Then the entire frame moves automatically and stops after finding the zero position, waiting for the cutting table to send a signal, and then the glass can be sent to the cutting table at the same speed as the cutting table. After the glass is sent out, the automatic cycle of the loading program works. This machine can select any position to take the glass according to the required glass thickness.
Note: The number of glasses taken by the loading machine can be automatically controlled, that is, the number of cut glasses is input before cutting, and the loading machine can continue to take the glass only if the cutting is completed manually, so as to avoid human factors from cutting the glass by mistake.

Common Safety Measures
