Introduction:
This machine work flow is as below, input the glass width in the touchscreen, press the CONFRIM button, the located block will move to the set position and stop, push the glass to the block manually and press the CUT button to cut, now the up and down cutter wheel begin to cut by the Y direction, after cutting the cutter head come back to zero point, then through the glass breaking and film heating to break and other sections to finish the laminated glass cutting and breaking.
Cutting process:
Setting the width, length and other parameters of glasses→putting glass on loading place→overturn and loading glass→open blower to lift glass→moving glass to positioning section→power off the blower→cutting head move to "zero" point and glass will be fixed with air cylinder→Cutting head move to cutting place→Start Cutting→Lift cutting head after cut →Activate press sheet→breaking glass with stick bar→Activate heating tube to heat Film→move the glass the right position →Cutting knife will cut the film→Process finish.
