Product Description

Glass Shape Edging and Beveling Machine is suitable for processing the edge of round shapes,  oval shapes & other irregular shapes of glass sheets with various sizes and thicknesses. 
It adopts different wheels to process different shapes like semicircular, flat edge and OG edge, etc. 
Adopt the cup shape wheel and adjust the angle of the motor can be processing the bevel edge.

1. Adopt an air cylinder to grind simple shape glass semi-automatically.
2. When grinding the pencil edging, install three grinders to process coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing.
3. When grinding the beveling, adopt bowl-shaped grinding wheels, and adjust the bevel angle by head tilted back the grinders.

Glass is absorbed onto a vacuum sucker, motor-driven rotary plate or a separate disk drive in an independent five-star turntable rotation. Rotary speed can be adjusted as required.

Suitable for grinding and polishing the outer edge with rounded or duckbilled shapes for circle, oval and irregular flat glass.
